Harvest Construction has developed a remodel process that is easy on you and your family. Below is a summary of what you can expect from Harvest before a hammer hits a nail:

• Consultation: Talk with Larry and Harvest Construction to determine the the scope of the project and what you as a client is trying to accomplish. Share information regarding cost of comparative remodels over the past decade. Upon request, we can also take measurements to initiate the design process.
• Design: Take all information gathered and generate a 3D image for client review. Send preliminary documents to each of the major vendors [cabinets, countertops, flooring and plumbing fixtures] to obtain estimates.
• Presentation: Apply any revisions requested to documents and show final floorplan and 3D image [in both plan and elevation view] to client - Also as a convenience, Harvest will bring the sample trailer where cabinets, countertops, flooring and other finish materials can be chosen in the comfort of your own home. Final estimate provided, start date confirmed.
• Entire planning and design process takes about one week.
